Universal Design for Learning Institutes
Address the challenge of meeting the needs of diverse learners by making curriculum
and course materials accessible for ALL! Professionals are invited to attend
a two or three-day, hands-on workshop that highlights Universal Design for Learning
(UDL), an instructional approach to teaching diverse learners through flexible
applications of technology tools, networks, and digital content.
Suggested Audience: General/Special Needs Educators; Administrators;
and Technology, Curriculum, and Related Specialists. District and/or school-based
teams are encouraged. Faculties at post-secondary institutions are invited to

- Learn design techniques for making accessible course materials
- Apply UDL to planning curriculum and course materials
