Grouping Magnet Board Tiles

The Magnet Board is a flexible tool for manipulating letters and words. The Frame tool allows students to move the letters or words around as a unit to build phonics skills and experiment with sound, spelling, and meaning relationships within and across words.

Select the Frame tool.

Drag across the word or part of word you want to group as one unit. The framed area will now have a red border and will move as a unit.

To remove the frame, click the Frame tool again, and click in the framed group of tiles.
