Family Education and Advocacy Perspectives

PACER and NCAC Partnership

The staff of NCAC is working with the Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights (PACER) to determine issues that are most significant to parents and is working to ensure that the UDL approach is made known to parents and family advocates. Further, NCAC is committed to the integration of critical family and parent issues related to curriculum, teacher practice and policy.

PACER, a non-profit organization helping parents and families of children with disabilities, will participate in the work of NCAC through the National Center's Partner Web Site. As the family partner, PACER's feedback and input in the project is critical to assure that family stakeholders are represented in project activities and that the dissemination of project results reaches families.
