Select the Navigator tool from the CAST Site Tools drop-down menu located in the upper left corner.

The Navigator provides a constant display of your location within the site hierarchy, immediate access to the top-level areas of the site, as well as, access to the site map.

Features of the Navigator:

1. Main Content Navigation: The Navigator provides instant access to the four main content areas of the site(About CAST, Universal Design for Learning, National Center on Accessing the General Curriculum, and CAST Products). The "floorplan" for the area that you are in will be displayed here giving you access to that areas main sub-areas as well.

2. Level Hierarchy: As you browse down the various levels of the site, the Navigator keeps track of the levels above, providing you instant access to any of those levels.

3. Site Features Menu: The Navigator provides you with access to Site Tools (this section of the site), My CAST and the Site Map.

4. Close Tool: This link allows you to close the Navigator. It can be opened later when you choose it from the "Site Tools" drop down control menu.

5. Move Tool to Top: This link will move the Navigator to the top of the tools column.

6. Get Help for Tool: This link brings you to the help page for the Navigator.
