Ms. Seigal received her bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Vermont after which she spent several years working at National Medical Care providing maintenance and support of a main frame computer system. At CAST Ms. Seigal provides program support and administration, including parent and teacher training and resource acquisition. She also assists in media production.
