Kate Brigham joined CAST in 2003 as a senior interactive media designer with more than seven years’ experience in print design, interactive design, and project management. Most recently, Ms. Brigham was Senior Graphic Designer at Mazer Digital Media, where she created user interface and graphic design solutions for educational media products, including websites and CD-ROMs. As a senior graphic designer at Houghton Mifflin Company, she participated in the design of textbooks and supplemental educational materials for elementary-school-aged students, including the 2001 Legacy of Literacy reading program. At Humongous Entertainment, Inc., Ms. Brigham designed and managed the production of interactive children’s software products. She has also been a project manager and graphic design consultant to Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Ms. Brigham received her Master of Fine Arts in Design from Massachusetts College of Art. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Boston University.
